Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ember Candles. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Standard Shipping Policy

Kindly record a video while opening your packages. It would be handy incase you apply for an exchange due to damage.

We currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities.

We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of non-perishable items across cities. For perishable goods, we have a dedicated logistics team that will pick up your products from the vendor and hand-deliver it to you (This service is currently available only in select cities for select products).

We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.

Shipping Time

• Every order is dispatched within 2-4 working days of order placement.
• The package is safely delivered to the resident within 7-10 working days. Between 9am-7pm.
• We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.

If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at yashaswib12@gmail.com or +91 6291522502, mentioning your order reference number and a picture of the tampered package. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In case your shipment is delayed:

• In case there is a delay, please send us an email at yashaswib12@gmail.com or contact +91 6291522502 with your order number.
• In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you. In such a case, we would request you to confirm in writing to us that you have not received the product. However, Ember Candle’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding to you.

Shipping Rates – Prepaid

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash On Delivery

The Cash on Delivery option is not available at the moment.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active from the date of dispatch up to 7 days after delivery.

Damages

At Ember Candle, we take great care in curating and packaging each order with the utmost attention to detail. To ensure a smooth resolution in the event of any issues during transit, we kindly request that you record a video while opening your package. This will help us quickly assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

If your package arrives damaged, please provide detailed information along with supporting images and videos of the damaged product by emailing us at yashaswib12@gmail.com or contacting us at +91 6291522502. Please note that without legitimate visual evidence, we will be unable to process any return requests.
